The Company was originally incorporated as Niks Technology Private Limited on June 19, 2014 at Patna, Bihar as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Patna. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 05, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to “Niks Technology Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited dated March 05, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Patna, being Corporate Identification Number U80904BR2014PLC022439.
