NMDC Steel Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as an unlisted Government Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 on January 2, 2015 within the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh. Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement, upon the coming into effect of the Scheme and with effect from the Appointed Date, and subject to the provisions of Scheme, all the properties and assets (tangible and intangible assets including goodwill) and liabilities of the Demerged Undertaking will be transferred to our Company at values appearing in the books of accounts of the Demerged Company immediately before the demerger, in accordance with Section 2(l9AA) of the IT Act. The Demerged Undertaking shall, without any further act, instrument or deed, be demerged from the Demerged Company and stand transferred to and vested in and/or deemed to have been demerged from the Demerged Company and stand transferred to and vested in the Resulting Company as a going concern, in the manner provided in the Scheme.

-NMDC Steel Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated July 01, 2023, titled ""NSL COMMENCES TRIAL PRODUCTION OF HR COILS.

2025

-The Company has achieved a major milestone by becoming the first company in the country to receive a BIS license for Hot Rolled Steel Strip, Sheet, and Plates for Welded Steel Pipe for Pipeline Transportation Systems.
