Oriental Aromatics Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated in 1961. The Company promoted Pine Chemicals Ltd., for the manufacture of turpentine resin and it's derivatives this plant is located in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Company mainly deals in Camphor and various Turpine chemicals menthol fenvalevete etc. and also to deal in expanded polytheylene & polytheylene products thereof.

The company is proposed to carry out major renovation & replacement of equipments at the Camphor plant at an estimated cost of Rs. 4.00 crores to be met out from internal generation. However the company proposes to obtain equipment credit finance to the tone of Rs. 1.5 crores from ICICI.

2008

- Camphor & Allied Products Ltd has appointed Mr. Ranjit Anand Puranik as Additional Director on the Board of the Company.

2012

- Shri. Girish Khandelwal has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

- Ms. Nirmala Agarwal has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

- Agreement between the Company and AGAN Aroma & Fine Chemicals Ltd, to build World's Most Advanced musk Manufacturing Plant.

2013

-Companys new Plant at Vadodara, Gujarat has commenced the commercial production w.e.f. March 04, 2013.

2014

-Camphor & Allied Products has entered in to a multi-year manufacturing and supply agreement for the manufacture of Fragrance Ingredient Intermediates and finished products with International Flavours and Fragrances (IFF) with headquarters in USA.

2015

-Camphor inks pact with Arofine Chemical, Vaishnavi Chemicals.

2018

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/-.
-Company name has changed to Oriental Aromatics Ltd. from Camphor & Allied Products Ltd.Â

2022

- Grant of Environmental Clearance for proposed Greenfield project for manufacturing of Speciality Chemicals & Chemical Intermediates by Oriental Aromatics sons Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
