Parsvnath Developers Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated on July 24, 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 as
Parsvnath Developers Limited. We obtained a certificate of commencement of business
on November 20, 1990. At the time of incorporation, the registered office of our Company
was situated at G-2, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110 001.
On March 1, 2004, the registered office of our Company was changed to the 6th floor,
Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110 001, which is the present
Registered Office of the Company.

Major Events:

July 1990 : Parsvnath Developers Limited was incorporated.
March 2002 : Received DR3 ICRA-NAREDCO rating from ICRA Limited indicating moderate project
development capacity. Parsvnath Developers Limited was the first real estate developer
whose grading was published under by ICRA-NAREDCO.

November 2002 : Received ISO 9001:2000 rating from the Internation Certifications Limited (ÂICLÂ) in
relation to the development, construction and marketing of infrastructures.

September 2005 : Received upgraded rating DR2- ICRA-NAREDCO rating from ICRA Limited indicating
strong project development capacity.

December 2005 : Received certificate from the ICL certifying compliance with the Environment
Management System Standard ISO 14001.

December 1997
August 2006 : Completed eight commercial projects in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi.

January 2003
August 2006 : Completed nine residential projects in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.

September 2004
August 2006 : Secured ten concessions from the DMRC for the development of malls at metro stations.

January 2006
August 2006 : Secured acceptance of bid from the DMRC for one property development projects in
Delhi.

June 2006 : Our bid for the development of an integrated facility at Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh
Technology Park on 500,960.80 square metres of land was accepted by the Chandigarh
Housing Board.

June 2006-August
2006 : Received in-principle approval in relation to the development of nine SEZs.

August 2006 : Received integrated management management system certification comprising of ISO
9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 certification from RINA in
relation to design, development, construction and marketing of infrastructures.

2007

-Parsvnath Developers Ltd on February 17, 2007 has signed a MoU with Government of Gujarat for developing various projects at an investment of Rs 1600 crores over a period of 2-3 years.

-Parsvnath Developers Ltd on March 18, 2007 has announced the launch of Parsvnath City, a high-end residential township in Dharuhera, Haryana.

- Parsvnath Developers Ltd on June 21, 2007, has announced that the Company has bagged another DMRC project for developing an ultra modern fully Air-Conditioned shopping mall outside Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station in North Delhi.

-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has won another project from BEST, Mumbai to develop a plot of land at Mahim Bus Station, Mumbai for commercial and residential utilization along with remodeling of existing bus station.

-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that in view of the extensive economic development around Jodhpur, realty major, the Company is building Parsvnath City, a self-contained; Mega Township spread over 110.4 Aces in Jodhpur.

-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced Parsvnath SEZ Ltd (PSL), a subsidiary of the Company has signed a MoU with Government of Madhya Pradesh to provide facilities and incentives at the 76 acres SEZ being developed, by the Company at Indore.

-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced the launch of Parsvnath Preston, a high-end group housing residential project, in Sonepat, Haryana.

2008

- Parsvnath Developers Ltd has unveiled Precious Apartments & Parsvnath Mall in Jamnagar.

2009

- Parsvnath Developers Limited (POL) launched Parsvnath City, Saharanpur, The Parsvnath City, Saharanpur will offer plotted development, independent Floors and expandable villas at affordable rates.

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 6th Floor, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001 to Parsvnath Metro Tower, Near Shahdara Metro Station, Shahdara, Delhi - 10032

2010

- Parsvnath Dev - DMRC awards safety certificate to Parsvnath Developers.

- Parsvnath - Development of "Red Fort Parsvnath Towers".

- Parsvnath - Parsvnath Developers Ltd receives Occupation Certificate of Parsvnath.

- Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated December 31, 2010, titled "Parsvnath Developers Ltd. receives Completion Certificate for integrated residential development at Parsvnath City, Indore".

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5

2011

- Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated January 11, 2011 titled "SUN-Apollo invests in "Parsvnath Exotica - Ghaziabad" Housing Project; Parsvnath raises INR 1,000 Million in premium residential project".

2012

- Investors give thumbs up to Parsvnath Developers asset sale; zooms over 10% on BSE.

- Parsvnath Developers LtdÂs Residential Project, Parsvnath Exotica, Gurgaon has been awarded by CNBC as ÂMost Luxurious ProjectÂ (under category more than 70% complete) on 22nd December, 2012.
