Poojaa Precision Engg. Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, in the name and style of “Pooja Castings Pvt. Ltd.”, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 12, 1992, issued by the Asstt. Registrar of Companies, Pune, bearing CIN U27310MH1992PTC068151. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution passed by the shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 04, 2025, the name of the Company was changed to “Poojaa Precision Engg. Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name dated December 06, 2025 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Further, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 08, 2025, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to “Poojaa Precision Engg. Limited”, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 12, 2025 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The CIN of the Company is U27310MH1992PLC068151. Jayshree Anil Kulkarni and Shivajirao Apparao Kulkarni were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

- Investment by Rahul Sohanlal Ranka and Bhavya Financial Services Private Limited in the Company.

2013-14
- Supply to first electrical sector customer
- Received ISO 9001:2015 by TUV India in Manufacturing of Machined and Assembled Aluminium Alloy Castings

2016-17
- Received IATF 16949:2016 by TUV Nord in Manufacturing of as Cast, Machined and Assembled Aluminium Alloy Castings

2018-19
- Started own design centre and prototype work for customers

2022-23
- Started supplying parts and components in defence sector

2023-24
- Established Corporate Office at Office No. T3-401 & T-2 407, Kohinoor World Tower, Opp. Empire Estate, Chinchwad, Chinchwad East, Pune, Pune City, Maharashtra, India, 411019

2024-25
- Received ISO 45001:2018 by TUV Nord in Manufacture of Machined and Assembled Aluminium Alloy Castings for
Automotive & Engineering Applications

2025-26
- Change of the name of the Company from “Pooja Castings Pvt. Ltd.” to “Poojaa Precision Engg. Private Limited”.
- Conversion of the Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
