Pramara Promotions Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated in Mumbai, Maharashtra as “Essel Marketing & Promotions Private Limited”,private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated on September 01, 2006 issued by the RoC, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to “Pramara Promotions Private Limited”, pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 14, 2019, pursuant to which a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Mumbai on February 04, 2019. Further, the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on December 15, 2022, and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to “Pramara Promotions Limited”, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated January 04, 2023, was issued by the RoC to the Company.
