Alok Chowdhury, CEO of the Company has been appointed as Whole time Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2008 on the terms and conditions as decided by the Board of Directors. 2009 - Prime Property Development Corporation Ltd has appointed Mr. I G Shah as Additional Director in the Board Meeting held on January 22, 2009. 2010 -Sea-King Club Pvt. Ltd. has become wholly owned subsidiary Company of Prime Property Development Corporation Ltd. 2012 -Board recommends Dividend of 10%. 2013 -The Company has recommended dividend of 20% on the equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2012-2013 |
