Quicktouch Technologies Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal dated July 02, 2013 with the name ‘Sahul Technologies Limited’. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Quicktouch Technologies Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal, on August 23, 2016. Subsequently, the company shifted its registered office from ROC Jurisdiction Kolkata, West Bengal to Delhi under jurisdiction of ROC, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 22, 2017, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 16, 2018 was issued to the Company. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74900DL2013PLC329536.

- The current promoters took over the company and subsequently name of the Company has been changed from Sahul Technologies Limited to Quicktouch Technologies Limited

2018

- Change of RoC Jurisdiction from Kolkata, West Bengal to Delhi.

2020.

- Increase in Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Divided into 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares at Rs. 1/- each) to Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Divided into 5,00,00,000/- Equity Shares at Rs. 1/- each).

- Consolidation of Share Capital of equity shares from Rs. 1/- each to Rs. 10/- each.

- Increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Divided into 50,00,000 Equity Shares at Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 8,00,00,000/- (Divided into 80,00,000 Equity shares at Rs. 10/- each).
