The company was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name of Rajasthan Gases Pvt. Ltd. on 27th August, 1993 in the state of Rajasthan. Jaipur and subsequently converted into a public limited company on 10th day of October, 1994 and obtained certificate of change of name from the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur on 27th October, 1994. The company is engaged in the bottling and Transportation of LPG cylinders. The company has implemented a unit for bottling of
LPG cylinders with a capacity of 9792 MT P.A. at Tonk, Rajasthan. The project i.e. unit No. 1 was financed by way of term loan of Rs. 32.87 lakhs from Rajasthan Financial Corporation and promoters contribution of Rs. l38.94 lakhs. The trial production in the said unit has already been commenced. The company is implementing another unit with a capacity of 24192 MT. P.A. at village Bigga. The, Sri Dungargarh, Distt, Churu, Rajasthan for bottling of LPG cylinders.

2012

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 602, Vaibhav Cine Multiplex, C-1, Gautam Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur - 302021 to 40 & 41, Triniti Tower 6th Floor 5, Swage Farm, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur - 302018".

2015

- The Company have considered and approved the shifting of Registered office from the state of Rajasthan to the state of Maharashtra.

2016

---Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Jaipur to 103, Roha Orion, Near 33rd Road, TPS III, Bandra (W), Mumbai -400 050.

2025

-Company name has changed to Rajasthan Securities Ltd. from Rajasthan Gases Ltd..
