Our Company was incorporated on November 10, 2016 under the name and style of ÂRajputana Biodiesel Systems Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. Pursuant to a special resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 13, 2024 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂRajputana Biodiesel LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 08th, 2024 was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar. The corporate identification number of our Company is U74999RJ2016PLC056359.
