Rane Brake Lining Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Incorporated as a Private Limited company on December 17,2004 under the Companies Act 1956 as EMSLogistics (India) Private Limited. On September 20,2005 the name of the company was changed to M/s Richfield Logistics Line Private Limited. The name of the company was changed to M/s Rane Brake Products Private Limited w.e.f. September 24, 2007. The status of the company was changed from Private Limited to Public Limited and the company became a public limited company on September 26, 2007. In terms of the Scheme of Demerger, Merger and Amalgamation for transfer of the manufacturing undertaking of erstwhile Rane Brake Linings Limited, as approved by the HonÂble High Court of Judicature at Madras vide its order dated December20, 2007, the name of the Company was changed to Rane Brake Lining Limited w.e.f 6th February, 2008.

2010

- The Board of Directors of the Company, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the year ending.

2011

- The Board of Directors of the Company, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the year ending, on the paid up equity capital of Rs. 7,91,49,800 comprising of 79,14,980 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

2012

- The Board of Directors of the Company, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share for the year ending, on the paid up equity capital of Rs.7,91,49,800 comprising of 79,14,980 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

2013

-RBL wins Deming Grand Prize 2013.
-RBL received "Award for Best performance" on "Proprietary Category" from Brakes India Ltd., for 2012-13.

2014

-Rane Brake Lining Limited, Plant -1 QC Team? RBB Glitters? has won the Par Excellence Award in QCFI - NCQCC held on 21st December 2014 at Pune.

2015
-Rane TRW Steering Systems Limited received award from Tata Motors in "Recognition of Long Association" with Tata Motors
-Rane (Madras) Limited, Puducherry QCC team, "Vetri" has won 2nd place in the 12th Puducherry State Level QC Convention organised by CII
-Rane Brake Lining Limited, Trichy plant has won Gold awards in ACMA's 2nd ACT National Level case study competitions, for Quality and Innovation stream
-Rane TRW Steering Systems Pvt. Ltd. (OSD), Airbag Plant was formally inaugurated

2016

2021
-RTSS-SGD has received Quality Appreciation Award for achieving Zero Defect during Quality Month 2021

2022
-Rane Brake Lining Puducherry plant won the first place in 17th Quality Circle (QC) National level competition 2022 conducted by ACMA India.
-RBL P4 Trichy won the Appreciation Award for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Practices in the National Safety Council Tamil Nadu Chapter.
