Our company was originally incorporated and registered as a private limited company under Companies Act, 2013 in the name and style of ÂRavelcare Private LimitedÂ vide certificate of incorporation dated November 29, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Pursuant to a resolution of our Board dated March 22, 2024 and a resolution of our shareholders dated March 27, 2024, our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, and consequently the name of our company was changed to ÂRavelcare LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 14, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
