Our Company was originally incorporated on March 22, 2001 as ÂReliable Data Services Private LimitedÂ vide Registration no. 110145/2001-2002 (CIN: U72900DL2001PTC110145) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from ÂReliable Data Services Private LimitedÂ to ÂReliable Data Services LimitedÂ vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 14, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
