The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Remus Pharmaceuticals Private Limited’ as a private limited company, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 21, 2015, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Later on, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 02, 2023, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to “Remus Pharmaceuticals Limited”, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 06, 2023 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
