Royal India Corporation Limited formely know as Natraj Finance was incorporated in 1984 in the name and style of Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd. In October, 2006 company changed its name to Natraj Financial & Services Limited. In September, 2008 the company was taken over by existing promoters as per the rules & regulation of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) regulations, 1997. The Registered office of the Company is situated at 34, 2nd Floor, Plot 45/47, Shanti Bhavan, Dhirubhai Parekh Marg, Ladwadi, Kalbadevi, Mumbai - 400002 (Maharashtra).

The Company is engaged in the trading of Gold Bullions and Jewellery, Further company is also engaged in manufacturing of gold articles and Export the same.

2006

-Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2006 has appointed Ms. Mansi Shah as an Additional Director of the Company.

-Company has changed its name from Natraj Commercial Enterprises Ltd. to Natraj Financial & Services Ltd.

2009

- Natraj Financial & Services Ltd has informed that following Persons are appointed as Directors on the Board of the Company in the board meeting held on February 17, 2009, which are as under:

1. Mr. Manoj Punamiya - Appointed as Additional Director

2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary - Appointed as Additional Director

3. Mr. Binod Kumar Sinha - Appointed as Additional Director.

2011

-Company has changed its name from Natraj Financial & Services Ltd. to Royal India Corporation Ltd.

2012

- Mr. Hitesh Mangilal Jain has been inducted on the Board as Whole Time Director.

- Mr. Vishal Gohil has been inducted on the Board as an additional Director.

2013

-Mr. Ashokaditya Prakash Dhurandhar has been appointed as a Additional Director of the Company.
