Saatvik Green Energy Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, under the name ‘Saatvik Green Energy Private Limited’, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 29, 2015, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. Our Company wassubsequently converted from a private company to a public company, pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board on September 20, 2024 and by our Shareholders dated September 21, 2024, consequent to which its name was changed to “Saatvik Green Energy Limited”, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the RoC on October 3, 2024.

- Bagged order from a public sector undertaking for supply of modules in 100 MW NTPC Ramagundam project.

- Bagged order from a public sector undertaking for supply of modules in 100 MW, Crystalline SPV Module - Raghanseda order

2023

- Expanded operations to the North American market

- Engaged a cricket celebrity for advertisement of solar energy products.

- Awarded 70.2 MWp solar PV modules for solar power project in the state of Punjab by SJVN Green Energy Limited

2024

- Launched TOPCon technology i.e., Crystalline Silicon Terrestrial Photovoltaic (PV) Modules

- Bagged CC+ rating in PV Module Tech Banakability Ratings Quarterly by PV Tech Research

- Received provisional ALMM enlistment of additional solar PV module models of our Company

- Bagged order from a public sector undertaking for supply of modules in 750 MW in the state of Maharashtra

- Entered into a module supply contract with JSW Neo Energy Limited for supply of modules

2025

- Allotment of 50.24 acres approximately of land at manufacturing zone for power and renewable energy equipment, Mohasa – Babai, Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.

- Awarded supply of 600Mw from Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited

- Engaged Kartik Aaryan, a popular actor in India, as our brand ambassador

- Expansion of new plant of 2GW capacity which commenced production.

- Secured ‘B’ category rating for the Q1 2025 by Informa

- Received approval for inclusion of models ‘Crystalline Silicon Terrestrial Photovoltaic (PV) Modules (Si wafer based)” from Bureau of Indian Standards.
