Our Company was originally formed and registered as a Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 (ÂCompanies ActÂ) in the name and style of ÂHoma Offshore & Shipping Company Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 16, 1996 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Later on, our company changed its name from ÂHoma Offshore & Shipping Company Private LimitedÂ to ÂSadhav Shipping Company Private LimitedÂ and Certificate of Incorporation was issued on March 31, 1999, by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on March 11, 2006 and the name of our Company was changed to ÂSadhav Shipping Company LimitedÂ. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 21, 2006 was issued consequent upon conversion from private limited company to public limited company. Later on, the name of our Company was changed from ÂSadhav Shipping Company LimitedÂ to ÂSadhav Shipping LimitedÂ and fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra dated March 28, 2006. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U35100MH1996PLC101909.
