YEAR EVENTS
1982 - The Company was Incorporated on 27th September, at Saugar in
Madhya Pradesh. The Company's object is to manufacture
vegetable oils from soyabean and other oil seeds and oil cakes
by solvent extraction process.

- The Company was promoted by Shri Dinesh T. Patel, Smt. Naina A.
Patel and Shri S.R. Patel.

1983 - The Company proposed to raise the solvent extraction plant
capacity from 100/110 tpd to 150/200 tpd and to set up a 25 tpd
oil refinery and 20 tpd texturised proteins plant as a second
phase programme. Manufacture of fatty acid, soap and fast food
was also envisaged.

- All shares taken up by promoters etc.

1984 - Equity shares sub-divided, 8,80,000 No. of equity shares issued
at par out of which 1,30,000 shares to promoters, etc. and 50,000
shares to NRIs on a repatriation basis were reserved and allotted
on a firm basis. Out of the balance 7,00,000 No. of equity
shares 3,80,000 shares were reserved for preferential allotment
to NRIs on repatriation basis and 4,20,000 shares (along with
the unsubscribed portion of the preferential quota, if any) were
offered to the public in January, 1985.

1990 - 11,37,740 rights shares allotted (prem. Rs.20 per share;
prop. 1:1) 35,000 shares allotted to employees etc. (prem. Rs.20
per share).

1992 - Under the expansion-cum-modernisation programme, the company
installed extruder/expander. It was also planned to instal
another extruder/expander.

2013
-Sagar Soya Products Ltd has approved, Shifting of registered office of the Company from the State of Madhya Pradesh to the State of Maharashtra.

2025

-The Company name has changed from Sagar Soya Products Ltd. to Signature Green Corporation Ltd.Â
