Sagility Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Berkmeer India Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 28, 2021, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at the EGM held on August 25, 2022 the name of our Company was changed to ‘Sagility India Private Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru on September 13, 2022. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the EGM held on May 21, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Sagility India Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued to our Company by the RoC, on June 20, 2024.

Major Events and Milestones:

2021

-Our Company was incorporated in July 2021 as “Berkmeer India Private Limited”

2022

-Our Subsidiary, Sagility (US) Inc. (formerly known as Betaine (US) Bidco Inc.) acquired 100% shareholding of Sagility Operations Inc.(formerly known as HGS Healthcare Operations Inc.) (along with its downstream subsidiaries).

-Our Subsidiary, Sagility (Jamaica) Limited (formerly known as Betaine (Jamaica) Limited) acquired the Jamaican undertaking of Team HGS Limited conducting the business of providing healthcare services to healthcare clients

-Our Subsidiary, Sagility Philippines B.V. (formerly known as Betaine (PH) B.V.) acquired the undertaking of the branch office of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited in Philippines conducting the business of providing healthcare services to healthcare clients

-Acquisition of the Indian undertaking of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited conducting the business of providing healthcare services to healthcare clients

2023

-Our Subsidiary, Sagility LLC acquired 100% shareholding of Sagility Payment Integrity Solutions LLC (formerly known as Delvin Consulting Inc.), pursuant to which it became indirect Subsidiary of our Company

2024

-Our Company acquired 100% shareholding of Sagility Philippines B.V. (along with its branch in Philippines)

-Our Company acquired 100% shareholding of Sagility (US) Holdings Inc (along with its downstream subsidiaries).

-Our Subsidiary, Sagility LLC acquired 100% shareholding of Birch Technologies, LLC (formerly known as Birch Technologies, Inc.), pursuant to which it became an indirect Subsidiary of our Company

2025

-The Company name has changed from Sagility India Ltd. to Sagility Ltd. 

-Sagility acquires BroadPath Healthcare Solutions, a US healthcare focused services company.

-Sagility has been named a Major Contender in the Everest Group Payment Integrity Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025.
