The Company was originally incorporated as "Samruddhi Realty Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on November 28, 2003, with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited Company pursuant to a Shareholders Resolution passed at the EGM held on January 18, 2010 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 31, 2010, consequent to such
change of status was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. The CompanyÂs Corporate Identity Number is U07010KA2003PLC032934.
