Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂSAR Televenture Private LimitedÂ as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 24, 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on March 21, 2023 and the name of our Company was changed to ÂSAR Televenture LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on April 13, 2023. - SAR is also having International operations through its 100% owner Subsidiary Â M/s SAR Televenture FZE (originally incorporated as Shoora International FZE) in Ajman Free Zone.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 198 per share.

-SAR Televenture Ltd. entered in to Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% Stake in Blue Lotus Support Services and Whitefield Communications.

-SAR Televenture Ltd. signs Share Purchase Agreement with L&T Finance Limited.

-SAR TeleventureÂ Executed Share Purchase Agreement for Acquisition of Additional Stake in Tikona Infinite Private Ltd.
