SBL Infratech Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated on August 10, 2015 as a private limited Company under the name and style of ?SBL Infratech Private Limited? under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U70102DL2015PTC283877. Pursuant to shareholdersÂ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 13, 2020, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to SBL Infratech Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 28, 2020 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

Company launched Shubh Niwas project in Neemrana, Rajasthan

2017

Company launched DayalVihar project in Neemrana, Rajasthan

2020

Company converted into Public Limited Company

2022

- The Company has launched its new project on 17th February, 2022 in the name of 'SBL Farms' located at village Nangal Lakha , Tehsil Bansur, district Alwar, Rajasthan.
