Scoobee Day Garments (India) Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was Incorporated on 9th August 1994 , to set up a paper mill.The main promoters of the company are Shri K.T. Pavunny, Shri K.P. Davis and Shri. K.P. Saxon. The project of the company is eco-friendly as it uses waste paper and adopts De-inking technology.

The Company's main objects is to set up a plant to manufactureKraft paper, Duplex Board, Printing and Writing paper.

Victory Paper and Boards (India) Limited promoted by Anna Group, industrial leaders for more than 50 years in south India. The group was formed by Late Shri. M. C. Jacob, a great visionary and master business strategist, based in Kizhakkambalam, Kerala and known all over the state for his penchant for identifying business opportunities and establishing his undisputed leadership in the areas chosen.

1995 - During August, Company has come out with a public issue of
60,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par to
finance its project.

- 35,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par
allotted to promoters. 11,05,900 No. of equity shares of Rs.10
each allotted on firm allotment basis are as follows:

- 1,00,000 shares to Apple Mutual Fund, 2,00,000 shares to KSIDC,
1,00,000 shares to South Indian Bank, 1,00,000 shares to
Catholic Syrian Bank, 20,000 shares to Dhanalakshmi Bank and
5,85,900 shares to NRIs/OCB. Balance 48,95,000 shares to the
Indian public.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:3 at a premium of Rs. 80 per share.
