YEAR EVENTS
1984 - The Company was incorporated on 9th November, as a Public Limited
Company, in the name and style of SKIPPER MERCANTILE LIMITED.
The company obtained commencement of business certificate on 6th
December, from the Registrars of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay.

1991 - The name of the company was changed to AUTORIDERS MERCANTILE &
FINANCE LIMITED, on 1st July, after the Autoriders Group took
over the management of the company.

1994 - The company changed its name to the present name on 21st March
and received a fresh certificate of incorporation from the
Registrars of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.

2000 - The company shall set-up and implement Gold Refinery Project with
technical assistance from M/s. Handy & Harman, USA.

- Preferential Issue of shares to allot 50 lakh equity shares to OCBs.

- The Company, Global Trust Bank Ltd holds 40 lakh equity shares of the company.

2002-Agee Gold Refiners Ltd has informed the following changes: Mr Chintan Amarish Patel and Mr Tapan Mukesh Patel are appointed as Additional Directors of the Company w e f April 29, 2002. Mr Sanjay Gupta ceased to be an Executive Director w e f April 16, 2002 on expiry of his tenure as an Executive Director. However he continues as a Director of the Company.

-Agee Gold Refiners Ltd has informed BSE that Mr Mukesh R Patel, Non Executive Vice Chairman-Promoter Group expired on June 15, 2002.

2003

- Board has appointed has Mr Chintan A Patel as Managing Director wef June 28, 2003 and Mr Tapan M Patel as Joint Managing Director wef June 28, 2003.

- Shri Bhupesh R Patel, Director of the Company is appointed as the Chairman with effect from January 24, 2003.

2010

- Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltd. Appointed Mr. V. K. Agarawa as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from January 18, 2010.

- The Company had entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with Kala Kosh Auctions Pvt Ltd with the appointed date as April 01, 2009 and effective date as July 20, 2010.

- Company has changed its corporate office from "4A, Vikas Center, S. V. Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai - 400 054" to "135, Continental Building, Dr. A. B. Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018

2011

- Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltd has Appointed Mr. Ashish Pandey as a Company Secretary of the Company in the Board Meeting held on January 28, 2011

2012

- Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltd Mr. Manoj Agarwal as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director, on the Board of the Company with effect from June 28, 2012

-Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltd has informed the Corporate Office of the Company has been shifted from '5A, Trishla Premises/122, Sheikh Memon Street, Zaveri bazar, Mumbai-400002 to the following address: 135, Continental Building, Dr.Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400 018.
