SHREE RAJIVLOCHAN OIL EXTRACTION LIMITED was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 23.8.1990 with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior.It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company with effect from 25th November 1994 in terms of the resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 8th November, 1994.

PRESENT BUSINESS

The Company is presently engaged in the business of solvent extraction of rice bran with an installed capacity of 100 TPD at its factory site located at Plot No. 671-678, Industrial Area, Urla, Raipur 493 221.Till January 1993 since its incorporation, the Company was in the process of tying up the necessary infrastructual facilities, term loan, and the project was under implementation,hence no operations were carried out. The Company started commercial production in January 1993.The Company was sanctioned a Term Loan of Rs. 84 Lakhs by M/s. Madhya Pradesh Audhyogik Vikas Nigam Ltd and Rs. 27 Lakhs by Madhya Pradesh Financial Corporation for the existing unit.

The Company is now taking up an expansion programme with a view to increase the capacity of solvent extraction of ricebran, soyabean another minor seeds from 100 TPD to 300 TPD.
