Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Shri Bajrang Alloys Limited, a listed company is flagship of the well known Goel group. Now the company is producing range of Mild Steel Structurals & Elastic Rail Clips and is market leader in its products. The Company was incoporated on 16th August, 1990 with it's registered office at Raipur (M.P.). The Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on 7th November, 1990. The Company has set up 18" Structural Rolling Mill at Urla Industrial Complex, Raipur in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The Project was completed within seven months and started commercial production during March, 91. Unit was set-up at a cost of Rs. 147 lacs by promoters from their own resources. Presently the Company is engaged in manufacture of various rolled products such as Joists, Channels, Angles, Beams of heavier sizes. The present installed capacity is 30,000 M.T. per annum.

The Company had also been appointed as an authorised conversion agent by TISCO, SAIL, BHILAI STEEL PLANT and consignment agent of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd for Eastern M.P.

The product manufactured by the Company find application infabrication of heavy structures, fabrication jobs, construction and general engineering. Rapid industrialisation and electrification programmes have provided boom to the demand for Company's products. The Company now has an installed capacity of 75,000 M.T. p.a.

2006

-Shri Bajrang Alloys Ltd has delisted the Securities of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (ASE).

2007

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.

2019

-Company name has changed to Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd. from Shri Bajrang Alloys Ltd..

2021

-The Company has Launched Two New Products Namely 'Dal Makhni' And 'Paneer Butter Masala'

-The Company Grant Of Permission To Establish Oils And Oleoresin Essential Oils Plant Of Capacity - 600 Kilo Liters.

2022

-The CompanyÂ has signed the contract with LULU Group International LLC, Abu Dhabi for supply of GOELD Frozen Food Items in their middle East Markets.

-The Company Informed he Branded its products in 2 Air India Aircraft VTPPK and VTPPO with the element 'Maharaja of taste.

-Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited Have Been Awarded As The Outstanding Business Brand And Most Innovative F&B Company Of The Year 2022.

2023

-The Company Has Launched New Product Namely 'Green Peas' In The Retail Market.

2025

-The NCLT approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Popular Mercantile Pvt. Ltd. with Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited.
