Standard Engineering Technology Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as ‘Standard Glass Lining Technology Private Limited’ at Hyderabad, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 6, 2012, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on June 4, 2022, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated, June 17, 2022, was issued by the RoC.

Major Events and Milestones:

2013

- Incorporated the Glass Lining Division.

2014

- Sold 100 glass lined reactors.

2016

- Supplied first unique stainless steel glass lined reactor to Natco Pharma Limited.

2018

- Our Company hit a turnover of ? 500,000,000.00.

2019

- Finished construction of new facility of glass lining equipment at SGL Unit.

2021

- Our Material Subsidiary was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

- Our Material Subsidiary acquired metal business from M/s S2 Engineering Services and pumps business from M/s Stanpumps Engineering Industries.

2022

- Agreement with Climaveneta Climate Technologies Private Limited to enter the chillers market.

2023

- Investment from AGI Investors in our Company

2024

- Acquired Hyderabad based C.P.K. Engineers Private Limited.
