Sudeep Pharma Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as ‘Sudeep Pharma Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 21, 1989, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company was accordingly changed to ‘Sudeep Pharma Limited’ pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 5, 1995, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The Company was subsequently converted back to a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 1, 2014 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad, and the name of the Company was accordingly changed from ‘Sudeep Pharma Limited’ to ‘Sudeep Pharma Private Limited’. Further, pursuant to the special resolution passed by our shareholders dated August 17, 2024 and the fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 21, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, The Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Sudeep Pharma Limited’.

- The Company obtained written confirmation certification for sale of calcium carbonate as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

- Incorporation of the Subsidiary, Sudeep Pharma B.V.

2024

- Incorporation of our Subsidiary, Sudeep Advanced Materials Private Limited

- The Subsidiary, Sudeep Nutrition Private Limited, introduced liposomal encapsulation of nutrients for enhanced absorption

2025

- Acquisition of the Step-down Subsidiary, Nutrition Supplies and Services (Ireland) Limited
