Sugs Lloyd Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated on September 16, 2009 as “Sugs Lloyd Energy Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. In the year 2020, the Company changed its name from “Sugs Lloyd Energy Private Limited” to “Sugs Lloyd Private Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 09, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Subsequently, In the year 2024, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 06, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Sugs Lloyd Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 01, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
