| YEAR EVENTS 1981 - The Company was incorporated on 24th June, at Adoni in Andhra Pradesh. It manufactures Caustic Soda, liquid Chlorine, Calcium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid etc. - The Company entered into a technical collaboration agreement with M/s Orangio De Nora Impianti Electro Chinici SPA, Milano, Italy for the supply of main plant & equipment. Another agreement was entered into with Denora for providing tech. services for project. 1991 - The Company received letters of intent for manufacture of sulphuric acid & chlorosulphuric acid & for expansion of ISD, TPD of caustic soda lye capacity. - The Company has made an offer of 39,10,900 No. of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par on rights basis on 25th March. - The company is awarded a prestigious award instituted by the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry for best all round performance in Industrial activity for the current year. 1992 - The Company has bagged a National Award instituted by Ministry of Environment and Forests from Prime Minister of India for Prevention and Control of Pollution. - The Company has involved in "Telugu Gramina Kranti Patakam" for construction of two School Buildings in the nearby area to the factory. 1993 - Expansion work for expanding the existing capacity of the Plant from 100 TPD to 160 TPD is in advanced stage and these expanded facilities will become operational during the second half of this year. 1994 - Recent Rights Issue of 16311260 shares was successful and closed on 20th April. - The Company has been awarded the DSIR National Award for the year which was presented by Sri Bhuvanesh Chaturvedi, Union Minister of Science & Technology on 2nd December. 1996 - The Company has been awarded Power generation Units in Karnataka and these are under study for implementation. 1997 - The credit Analysis and Research Ltd., has assigned a credit rating of Care A+ to the Rs. 10-crore non-convertible debenture issue of the company. 1998 - The company has been awarded ISO 9002, the highest certification for quality and standard during the year. 1999 - During the year the Company has successfully installed on more 6.2 MW D.G. set for Captive Power Generation and a total of 4 D.G.Sets of 6.2 MW are now working - The company entered toiletries business by launching its first premium soap `Royal Saffron Sandal Soap' as part of a forward integration. 2000 - The Company has diversified in generation of Power and putting up a Power Plant at Bellary in Karnataka. 2008 -Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints - [email protected] 2013 -Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd has appointment of Smt. S. Usha as a Nominee Director 2017 -Company name has changed to TGV SRAAC Ltd. from Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd.. 2022 -The Board of Directors have approved the proposal of the company to expand its Caustic Soda capacity by 270 MTs and related Liquid Chlorine etc., products and also for expanding the existing Chloromethanes products capacity by another 100 TPD. 2024 -The Company has been approved from concerned authority for the production capacity increase of company products Viz., Caustic Soda and Methylene Di Chloride. 2025 -The company has successfully completed and declared commercial production of its Second expansion Chloromethanes Project. -TGV Sraac Ltd has added 2.5 MWp of solar power capacity through the acquisition of a solar power plant from its group company, Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd (SRHHL). |
