YEAR EVENTS
1948 - 8,000 bonus equity shares of Rs 50 each issued till date. 40,000
Deferred shares issued in 1943 as bonus shares.

1956 - Deferred shares of Rs 10 each consolidated into Deferred shares
of Rs 50 each.

1959 - 20,000 Right Equity shares issued at par in the prop. 2:5
(Equity of Deferred).

1973 - 8,000 deferred shares converted into 4,000 equity shares in
prop. 2:1. 4,000 bonus equity shares issued in prop. 1:16.

1983 - The Company was Incorporated on 8th February at Mumbai. The
Company manufacture Sugar and allied products and sugar
machinery. The products manufactured include sugar,
confectionery, sugar candy, sugarcane wax etc. Sugar is produced
by double sulphitation process. The Company also cultivates
sugarcane.

1990 - The Company received a letter of intent for expansion of sugar
mill capacity from 1,200 TCD to 2,000 TCD.

1993 - 5.5% Pref. shares redeemed on 10.6.1993. Authorised capital
classified and increased.

2009
- Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd has recommended dividend of Rs 75/- per Equity Share

2010
