The company was incorporated on 16th June, 1989 and commenced
its business on 15th September , 1989. Main object of the
company are set out in the Memorandum of Association and are
also mentioned later in this prospectus. The company proposes
to set up a sophisticated modern facility at village Bhalgaon
for manufacturing Video Cassette Recorders/Video Cassette
Players including Video Tape Deck Mechanism in technical
collaboration with Toshiba Corporation , Japan.
