Tube Investments of India Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Tube Investments of India Limited (Formerly TI Financial Holdings Limited) was incorporated on 6th October, 2008 as a Public Limited Company. It obtained Certificate for Commencement of Business on 11th May, 2009.

As envisaged under Clause 18 of the Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai vide its Order dated 17th July, 2017, the Main Objects Clause of the CompanyÂs Memorandum of Association was amended through the insertion of objects to facilitate the carrying on of manufacturing business by the Company post demerger. Further as envisaged under Clause 17 of the Scheme, the name of the Company was also changed to ÂTube Investments of India LimitedÂ, which was taken on record/approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai vide the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of Name dated 10th August, 2017.

The Scheme of Arrangement for demerger was presented under Sections 391 to 394 of theÂ Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to Section 230 to Section 232 of the Companies Act, 2013) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. April 1, 2016. -Tube Investments of India Limited has informed about Acquisition of Controlling interest in M/s. IPLTech Electric Private Limited.

-Tube Investments of India Limited acquire further equity shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd.
