YEAR EVENTS
1993 - The Company was incorporated on 7th October, with the Registrar of Companies,
West Bengal at Calcutta under the name and style of "Golden Securities Private
Limited". It was converted into a Public Limited Company by a special resolution
passed by the Company and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 13th December
1994 was obtained. The Company till recently is involved in the business of share
investment and short-term finance.

- The company is currently engaged in the investment in shares and securities, short
term financing etc.

1995 - The Company went in for a public issue of 10,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10
each at par which opened on 18.4.95 and closed on 21.4.95. The issue was over
subscribed by 2.3 times.

- Further more, 7,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs 10 at par was reserved for the
promoters of the Company and members of their family.

- The Company has also entered the field of bill discounting for reputed companies.

- Shri Binod Kumar Mehra and Shri Pramod Kumar Mehra, Directors of the Company
retire by rotation and being eligible for re-appointment

1998 - Shri Ashok Kumar Bansal and Shri. Rakhal Datta, directors of the Company retire by
rotation and are eligible for re-appointment. Sri J.R. Kapoor director of the company
resigned from the company on his personal grounds.

1999 - Shri Bimal Kumal Bararia Director of the Company retire by rotation and are
eligible for re-appointment.

2000 - The Company has started a training centre for teaching computer operations and
is planning to further development of software and exploring the export market relating
to Information Technology. Medical Transcription. E-Commerce and other sphere of
activities.

2005

- The Company has Launched Golden Securities, a brokerage firm in Mangalore.

2011

- The name of the Company has changed from "Golden Securities Ltd." to "Golden Goenka Fincorp Ltd."

2012

- Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5
