Our Company was originally incorporated under the name ÂUmiya Mobile Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 31, 2012, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to ÂUmiya Mobile LimitedÂ vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 23, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on January 28, 2025, by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Centralised Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U32202GJ2012PLC073173.
