United Interactive Limited was originally incorporated on 22.09.1983 as a Public Limited Company in the name & style of ÂIshwar Textiles LimitedÂ and subsequently the name of the Company was changed to ÂNeemtek Organic Products LimitedÂ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21.10.2003. Later on, the name of the Company was change from Neemtek Organic Products Limited to United Interactive Limited.

2003

-Members approved the increase in Authorised Share Capital from 2.50 million divided into 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 20 million divided into 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each by creation of additional 17,50,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

2007

-The Registered Office of the Company shifted from Unit 307, Solaris Premises II, Saki Vihar Road, Opp L&T Gate No 6, Powai, Andheri (East), Mumbai to 304, Maker Chambers V, Nariman Point, Mumbai.

2009
-Company has changed its name from Neemtek Organic Products Ltd. to United Interactive Ltd.

2010
-United Interactive Ltd Acquires 51% stake in Netesoft India Ltd.
