The Company was originally incorporated at Delhi as 'Yogya Enterprises Limited' as on 16th September, 2010 as a public limited company under the provisions of Companies Act 1956. It is registered in ROC National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. The company is engaged in the business of trading and distribution of Steel, Copper and textiles products.

We offer a gamut of Metal products, which includes Hot rolled Steel, Copper Wire Rod, Copper Ingots and aluminum wire rods. These are manufactured using graded raw material and used in different electrical and industrial applications. To ensure the quality of the Copper Wires we supply international quality standards such as IS 1897 and IS 613 and IS 4800 that have enabled us to acquire trust of the valued customers.
