The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Nagpur Waste Handling Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 02, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on March 10, 2022, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Urban Enviro Waste Management Private Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 30, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Thereafter, the Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on December 03, 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 27, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai, Maharashtra.
