Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 23, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ÂVeritaas Advertising LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata.
