Vertoz Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as Vertoz Media Private Limited on February 13, 2012 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 22, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Vertoz Media Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on June 09, 2017. Pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders passed on June 14, 2017, the name of the Company was changed to Vertoz Advertising Limited to align the name of the Company to the business carried out by the Company and a fresh Certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on July 07, 2017.

- Set-up of a 100% step-down subsidiary in UAE under Vertoz Ltd. UK, having registered office at Exclusive Desk No. 34, Ground Floor, Building 16, Dubai, UAE.

2017

- Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company

- Set-up of a 100% step-down subsidiary in US under Vertoz INC, US having registered office at 132 West 31st Street, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA

- Vertoz Inc. signed an agreement with Interactive Advertising Bureau (ÂIABÂ) for IAB Membership.

- Vertoz Advertising Ltd. received the membership certificate of Internet and Mobile Association of India(ÂIAMAIÂ)
