Vikram Aroma Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Vikram Aroma Limited (VAL) was incorporated on March 17, 2021 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Corporate Identification Number of out Company is U24296GJ2021 PLC121253. Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement involving Demerger between Vikram Thermo (India) Limited and Vikram Aroma Limited and their respective shareholders, VAL has not commenced any business operation. The Scheme was approved by the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench vide Order dated April 26, 2024 and effective from May 04, 2024.

Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective, the Aromatic Chemicals Business (Unit-II) of Vikram Thermo (India) Limited has been transferred and vested into VAL from the Appointed Date of the scheme i.e. July 1, 2022. Pursuant to the vesting of aforesaid business of Vikram Thermo (India) Limited in VAL, our Company will engage in the business of Manufacturing of Chemicals and Other Derivatives.
