The Company was originally incorporated on December 30, 2014 as “Viviana Power Tech Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “Viviana Power Tech Private Limited” to “Viviana Power Tech Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 14, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

- Testing & Commissioning of 220Kv D/C LILO line at Avaniya S/S on M/C tower and OPGW Cable with the length of 25 km on turnkey basis 

-Testing & Commissioning of 66Kv Transmission Lime for GETCO on turkey basis under Kisan Suryoday Yojana(KSY).
