Further, on February 28, 2013, i admitted 5 new partners. Further, on June 28, 2013, it got converted into a public limited company under the Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification No. U25203MH2013PLC244911 having its Registered Office at Mumbai. the Company received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on July 30, 2013from the RoC, Mumbai.The registered office is situated at Office No. 9, 2nd Floor, Bharat House, 104, Mumbai Samachar Marg, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001, Maharashtra, India.
