The Company was incorporated as a private limited Company on 14th December, 1992 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay and has changed its status to limited company on 25.7.94 by passing special resolution to the said effect and obtained Certificate on September 2, 1994. The Company was promoted as an Investment Company, with the
main object of Investments in Shares and other securities.

Present Business

The Company is presently engaged in various financial and non-financial activities such as investment in capital market, financial consultancy, lease and hire purchase syndication, arranging bill discounting limits, inter corporate deposits, preparation of feasibility reports, capital structuring, consultancy to public/right issue etc.

Now, the company plans to expand its operation to include more sophisticated activities like fund based activities and Secondary market operations.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 3, National House, 1st Floor, 27, Raghunath Dadaji Street, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.To 113, Borabazar Street, Doctor House, 2nd Floor, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.

2022

-Company name changed to Yogi Ltd. from Parsharti Investment Ltd..
