Our Company was originally incorporated as “Brace Port Logistics Private Limited” at New Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, having Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U63030DL2020PTC372878, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 07, ... 2020, issued by the Central Registration Centre, Manesar. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extra-ordinary general meeting held on July 10, 2023. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Brace Port Logistics Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the RoC, Delhi on August 07, 2023, and our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U63030DL2020PLC372878.
