Madhya Pradesh LPG Rates Today Remain Stagnant On 19th August Despite Falling Global Demand.
LPG prices in Madhya Pradesh today for domestic cylinders are higher in rural areas while the urban regions have lower prices. LPG rates in Bhopal today stay around Rs. 808.5/- per cylinder, the same since the previous general elections in May this year. Domestic LPG prices in Ratlam today stay at Rs. 881.5/- and Rs. 1,849.5/- for commercial cylinders. The LPG rates of Indore today for commercial cylinders is Rs. 831/- and Rs. 1,760/- for commercial purposes, which have surged by Rs. 7/- per cylinder of 19 kg and Rs. 17/- per cylinder for 47.5 kg since the previous month.
Madhya Pradesh LPG rates today stay lower than the previous year as the government of India declared ease in fuel and natural gas prices in May 2024 on account of the general election. In India, whenever there is election season for a state, in order to receive voter attention and traction for the next five-year term, the Indian government traditionally pulls down LPG rates, Petrol prices, Diesel rates and CNG prices within the state.
Commodity segments are moving in a mixed manner with global oil trades holding a grip below the previous recovery range. Investors around the globe would expect the Asian and US market performance to have a major influence on oil and natural gas demand. The US dollar index sustains the uncertain market pressure, while the ongoing political conflict in the Middle East might put oil trades in check this week.
International Brent Crude is currently trading at $ 79.22/- per barrel, falling $ 0.44/- or 0.44% since Friday's closing.
