A significant step in the company's plan to develop a national next-generation digital and data-center-led infrastructure platform has been taken with the announcement that Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. (BCSSL) (BSE: 539607), a leading provider of AI-driven enterprise and cybersecurity solutions, has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, for the grant of Unified License (Virtual Network Operator) - ISP Category "A" authorization for National Area Service.

The Letter of Intent has been issued under the Unified License (VNO) framework by the Department of Telecommunications, subject to fulfilment of prescribed compliance requirements, including entry fee payment, bank guarantee submission, and execution of license agreement, as per BCSSL.
After the necessary regulatory requirements are met, this clearance will allow the company to provide internet services throughout India and support its plan to develop a digital infrastructure platform consisting of secure connectivity, AI-native data centers, and sovereign cloud.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited is now able to provide enterprise-grade, fast internet and secure network services across the country thanks to its Unified License (Virtual Network Operator)-ISP Category "A" authorization for National Area Service. This makes it possible for the firm connect isolated regions, government agencies, and enterprises under a single, scalable digital network. At its meeting on February 23, the company's Board of Directors, among other things, considered and approved the proposal to acquire a 100% ownership stake in M/s. Global Impex Inc. from ConnectM Technologies Solutions, INC. Subject to the effective completion of due diligence, valuation, and the acquisition of all statutory and regulatory permissions as mandated by applicable legislation, the acquisition is scheduled to be finalized through an all-equity swap.
