What is CNG?

CNG is the abbreviation of Compressed Natural Gas. It is a natural gas stored under high pressure. It is used mainly for power generation. Over the last few years, the growing awareness of negative effects on the environment has forced many to switch to CNG or other eco-friendly fuels.

Hybrid Powertrain Technology in CNG

The automobile industry is turning the focus to going green as it aims to provide clean and eco-friendly fuel to users to diminish the negative effects of air pollution on the environment. In India, the usage of CNG is touted and promoted as an alternative, greener, environment and pocket-friendly fuel to petrol or diesel.

Uses and Benefits of CNG

Compressed natural gas is used as an alternative form of fuel for powering vehicles. However, it can be used for power generation, air conditioning, and water heating as well.
