Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as ÂAntony Waste Handling Cell Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on January 17, 2001. Thereafter, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by Shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 12, 2018. The name of the Company was changed to its present name ÂAntony Waste Handling Cell LimitedÂ, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on December 17, 2018.

--The Company has announced public offering of 9523346 shares at a price of Rs 5.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 310.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 29,998.54 lakhs.

--The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 21 December 2020 and is expected to close on 23 December 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 313.00-315.00 per share.

'Award of merit in excellence in Managing MSW awarded to Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited, by Confederation of Indian Industry (CIl)'. Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited is a material subsidiary of the Company.
