Arihant Foundations And Investment (Madras) Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 6th March 1992. The company was converted into Public Limited Company on 6th April 1995 under the name and style of "Arihant Foundations And Housing Finance Limited". The Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent of change of name was obtained on 22nd May 1995. Subsequently the name of the company was changed to "Arihant Foundations & Housing
Limited" (AFHL) on 2nd June 1995 and the fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent of change of name was obtained on 9th June 1995.

The initial authorised capital of the Company was Rs.10,00,000 and later on it was increased to
Rs.1,00,00,000. The present authorised capital of the Company is Rs.6,00,00,000.

2005

-Arihant Foundations has recommended a dividend of 20%
